Refund Policy

Payments made on SosyalX are non-refundable once an order is created and starts processing. By purchasing a service you agree not to request a refund or dispute the payment without a valid reason.

2Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

• The order has not started within 48 hours
• The service was not delivered as described (e.g. significantly fewer results)
• The order was canceled by our system or an administrator

To request a refund, contact support with your order number and a short explanation of the issue.

3Non-Eligible Situations

• Wrong or broken links were entered
• You changed your mind after ordering
• The terms of service were violated or illegal content was used
• Third-party services were used on the same link while ours was in progress

4Refund Method

Approved refunds are credited to your SosyalX balance (wallet/credit system). Cash refunds to bank accounts or cards are not available.

5Order Cancellation

If your order is eligible, you can request cancellation before the service starts. Once started, it may not be possible to stop or refund the order.
